These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of marketing services (the “Services”) by EASY SUCCESS LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales under registration number 14542375, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to our clients (“you” or “your”) through our website mirramarketing.com (the “Site”).
1. Services
We will use reasonable skill and care in the provision of the Services following industry standards and good practice.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide Services to any person or organisation that we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate or unethical.
2. Prices
Our prices for marketing services are based on the type of service and the scope of the project. The pricing for each service is outlined on our website and is subject to change without prior notice.
All prices are quoted in GBP. Should you wish to pay in other currencies (USD, EUR etc), please, contact our support at support@mirramarketing.com for assistance.
In some cases, we may offer customised pricing packages for clients with unique needs or larger projects. These packages will be determined on a case-by-case basis and agreed upon by both parties before any work begins.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders:
- To place an order, you must fill out the order form on our website, providing the required information, including your name, email, service, etc.
- Upon submission of the order form, a designated manager from our team will contact you to confirm the order details, clarify any additional information, and establish a mutually agreed-upon deadline.
- The approximate cost of the order will be calculated and then clarified by our manager.
- You acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and all other policies of our website by submitting the order form.
Payments:
- The manager will provide you with an invoice to complete the payment process.
- You must make the payment within 3 days of receiving the invoice.
- By making the payment via invoice, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and all other policies of our website.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please note that all work completed will be charged at 100%. Please be advised that we are not responsible if the work does not meet your stylistic preferences. However, if you send us an email within seven days of completion, we will do our best to address your concerns.
Please understand that we are not liable for any delays caused by technical issues beyond our control, such as malfunctioning modems or email servers. If an error occurs in one part of the work, it does not automatically invalidate the rest of it. We reserve the right to make changes in such cases, and we will only consider documented agreements between the parties. Your agreement with us comes into effect once you have paid for the services. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England, and we reserve the right to demand payment for completed work and compensation from the client in such cases.
Refunds
Please note that we cannot offer refunds if you’re not satisfied with the work, as this issue should be resolved with the manager before the conclusion of the order. However, if you receive the wrong work due to technical reasons, we will provide a refund. To request a refund, please email us at support@mirramarketing.com with your reasons for requesting it not later than 7 days after receiving your order. Refunds are made to your card used for the payment of any services.
Confidentiality
We acknowledge that in the course of providing the Services, we may have access to your confidential information.
We will keep all confidential information received from you strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
We retain all intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to copyright in all content created by us in the course of providing the Services.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content created by us in the course of providing the Services for your internal business purposes only.
You shall not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content created by us without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you under this Agreement shall be limited to the number of fees paid by you for the Services.
We shall not be liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving 30 days written notice to the other party.
Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately by written notice if the other party is in breach of any material term of this Agreement and such breach is not remedied within 14 days of written notice being given.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed following the laws of England and Wales, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
General
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us and you and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
We may assign or subcontract any of our rights or obligations under this Agreement without your consent.
Any failure or delay by us in enforcing any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign, transfer or sub-license any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site and the Services following any such amendments shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such amendments.
Any notices required under this Agreement shall be sent by email to the email address provided by the other party or by registered post to the address provided by the other party.
